自党的十九大以来,马克思主义中国化的研究在国内进入了一个新的阶段。从不同的角度研究法学领域的马克思主义中国化问题,已经开展了各项理论研究。纵观研究领域和研究成效,目前的研究系统性不强,全面性不够,尤其是在树立法律信仰的当代,我们更需要从马克思的法学思想发展历程的角度,深入学习马克思系列著作,感悟马克思法学思想发展历程的科学真理性,联系当前中国法治现代化的伟大实践,揭示马克思主义法学思想发展对新时代全面依法治国的意义与价值。

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the study of Marxism in China has entered a new stage in China. Various theoretical studies have been carried out on the issue of Marxism in China in the field of law from different angles. Throughout the research field and research results,the current research is not systematic and comprehensive,especially in the contemporary era of establishing legal beliefs. In the face of domestic and foreign voices,we need to look at the development of Marx’s legal thoughts. This is done in-depth systematic research. We need to do in-depth study of Marx’s series of works,the scientific truth of the development of Marx’s jurisprudence,the great practice of the modernization of China’s rule of law,and the significance and value of the development of Marxist jurisprudence in the new era.
