总体国家安全观是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是对中国共产党国家安全思想的继承和发展,具体表现在:把分散的国家安全论断系统凝练为逻辑严密的总体国家安全观,使之成为具有丰富内涵的理论体系;把传统安全和非传统安全紧密结合起来,拓宽了国家安全领域;提出国家安全要坚持以人民为中心,实现了国家安全主旨的转换;阐述了安全与发展的内在联系,揭示了发展的基础性作用;提出意识形态安全的概念,突出其极端重要性;阐明维护国家安全必须坚持党的领导。总体国家安全观具有创新性、整体性、人民性、实践性等特点。

The concept of overall national security is an important part of Xi Jinping′s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It is the inheritance and development of the CPC′s national security thought. It condenses the decentralized national security judgment system into a logical and rigorous overall national security concept, making it a theoretical system with rich connotations;combines traditional security with non-traditional security closely, expanding the field of national security;proposes that national security should adhere to the people-centered approach, transforming the main idea of home security;elaborates the internal relationship between security and development, revealing the basic role of development;puts forward the concept of ideological security, highlighting its extreme importance;and clarifies that the maintenance of national security must adhere to the leadership of the Party. The overall concept of national security is innovative, holistic, people-oriented and practical.
