An Introductory to Constructing Intellectual Property Right Economic Theory with Chinese Characteristics

知识产权是推进、维护、支持科技创新的重要武器和国际科技交流合作的重要内容。中美贸易战反映了美国大垄断资本主义与全球生产社会化的矛盾,知识产权博弈是中美贸易战的焦点,关系人类命运。应当用马克思主义政治经济学,特别是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想对知识产权进行系统分析,研究知识产权所反映的新生产力、新财富的特点及应用价值,探析它所凝结的科研成果价格的形成机制,揭示其在市场竞争、国际斗争中的特殊性,运用科技发展不平衡规律,发挥中国特色社会主义的巨大优势,创新中国特色社会主义知识产权经济理论,提高知识产权经济制度的功效。

Intellectual property right is the important weapon to promote, maintain and sustain technological innovation and the main content of international technological communication and cooperation. The trade war between China and America reflects the contradiction between capitalism of American grand-monopoly and the socialization of global production. The battle of intellectual property right is the focus of the Sino-US trade war and determines the human destiny. The intellectual property right should be analyzed systematically by using Marxism Political Economics, especially the economic idea of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping New Era, the characteristic and applied value of the new production force and the new asset reflected by intellectual property right should be researched, and the forming mechanism of the price of scientific and research results should be conducted, therefore the specialness of the intellectual property right in market competition and international battle can be exposed. Apply the law of imbalance of technological development, give full play to the enormous advantage of the socialism of Chinese characteristics, innovate the economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and improve the function of the economic system of intellectual property right.
