It seems obvious that there is a conspicuous distinction between philosophy and science in dealing with the classics, and that philosophy constantly returns to the classics. However, there exists a huge diversity among the objects indicated by the words of "philosophy" and "science", so how to describe this distinction becomes a problem. This paper gives a non-essential characterization of the difference between the attitudes of philosophy and science towards their respective classics by means of a thinking tool, i.e."a Darwinism Space", and clarifies the meaning of "classics" through the contrast of religion, philosophy and science. This article attributes the return of philosophy to the classics to the four differences between philosophical concepts and scientific concepts and argues the rationality of this philosophical approach.
