源自市场需求的我国学术期刊评价体系建设已形成多元共建的格局,推动了学术期刊质量提升和繁荣发展。当前需要认真厘清学术评价与学术期刊评价存在问题的边界,着力推进“政府主导规则”的法定程序建设与坚持“市场自主制定”的体制机制改革路径,共建中国特色的开放多元有序的学术期刊评价体系。

The construction of the evaluation system of China′s academic journals based on the market demand has formed a pattern of diversity and co-construction, and promoted the quality and flourishing of academic journals. At present, it is urgent to clarify the border of issues existing in the academic evaluation and the academic journals evaluation, advance the construction of prescribed procedures "with government guiding the rule", adhere to the system mechanism reform access "with market designing on its own", and co-construct the open, diverse and orderly academic journal evaluation system with Chinese characteristics.
