高职院校跨境电子商务创新创业人才培养体系的构建

Construction of Cross-border E-commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Training System in Higher Vocational Colleges

跨境电子商务是一个新的国际贸易方式,近年来,其发展十分迅猛。随着国际贸易的发展,跨境电子商务人才供需矛盾日益突出。高职院校现行的跨境电商人才培养模式不适应现实需求。高职院校应围绕提升学生的创新创业能力来构建产教深度融合的人才培养体系,设置模块化课程,加强实践教学,加大"双师型"教师队伍建设力度,完善教学机制,对人才培养质量进行综合评价。这样做,有利于培养出更多创新创业人才,满足跨境电商行业的人才需求。

Cross-border e-commerce is a new form of international trade,and its development has been very rapid in recent years.With the development of international trade,the contradiction between supply and demand of cross-border e-commerce talents has become increasingly prominent. The current training mode of cross-border e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges does not meet the actual needs. Higher vocational colleges should focus on improving students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship to build a talent training system with deep integration of production and education,set up modular courses,strengthen practical teaching,increase the construction of "double-qualified" teachers,improve the teaching mechanism,and make a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of personnel training. So this is conducive to cultivating more innovative entrepreneurship talents and meeting the needs of cross-border e-commerce industry.
