高速涡轮发电机转子振动特性试验

摘要 运用高速涡轮发电机试验台,通过试验研究转子升速过程中典型振动行为及轴承供气压力对转子振动特性的影响。采用时间-转速-幅值三维谱图、频谱图、轴心轨迹以及分岔图等非线性振动测试分析手段,呈现转子升速过程中临界转速、低频振动、转速飞升等典型动力学行为特征,并分析轴承供气压力对转子典型振动行为的影响规律,结果表明:轴承供气压力抑制转子低频涡动,消除转子转速飞升现象,提高转子运行稳定性与安全性。 Using the high-speed turbine generator test bench, the typical vibration behavior of the rotor speed-up process and the influence of the bearing gas supply pressure on the rotor vibration characteristics are studied. The nonlinear vibration test analysis methods, such as time-speed-amplitude three-dimensional spectrum, spectrum plot, axis trajectory and bifurcation diagram, are used. The typical dynamic behavior characteristics of critical speed, low frequency vibration and speed flying up are presented. The influence of bearing gas supply pressure on the typical vibration behavior of the rotor is analyzed. The results show that the bearing gas supply pressure can suppress the rotor low-frequency whirling and the rotor speed flying phenomena, and the rotor operation stability and safety are improved.
