包装饮用水瓶盖脉冲光杀菌工艺的条件优化 被引量:4

摘要 为保证包装饮用水生产过程更环保、更安全,对脉冲光杀菌技术在包装饮用水瓶盖灭菌应用进行研究。通过对脉冲光杀菌技术关键影响因子进行优化,得到包装饮用水瓶盖最佳灭菌条件为脉冲电压7kv,照射距离9cm,闪烁间隔0.8s,闪烁次数2次,并通过重现性试验验证表明此条件稳定,可用于实际生产。 In order to ensure that the packing drinking water production process is more environment friendly and safer, technologies of pulsed light sterilization in packaged drinking water bottle cap sterilization were studied. The key impact factors of pulsed light sterilization technology were optimized, the best sterilization conditions of bottle cap were obtained, which impulse kvoltage was 7kv, irradiation distance was 9cm, irradiation interkval was 0.8s, blink twice times. The reproducibility test showed that the condition was stable and could be used in practical production.
