摘要
针对镁合金表面单一水滑石膜开裂严重的问题,采用植酸对其进行后处理,制备水滑石/植酸复合膜。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪及电化学实验等分析手段,研究植酸pH值对水滑石/植酸复合膜微观形貌、组织成分以及电化学性能的影响,探讨水滑石/植酸复合膜的成膜机制。结果表明:植酸后处理可以改善膜层裂纹,植酸pH值影响水滑石/植酸复合膜的致密性及化学组成;当植酸溶液的pH值为7时,水滑石/植酸复合膜最致密,膜层耐腐蚀性最优。
In view of the serious cracking of the single hydrotalcite film on the surface of magnesium alloy, the hydrotalcite/phytic acid(LDHs/PA) film was prepared by phytic acid post-treatment. The morphology, chemical composition and electrochemical property of the film were studied by means of SEM, XRD, FT-IR and electrochemical experiments. The formation mechanism of the film was discussed. The results show that the phytic acid post-treatment can improve the crack of the LDHs film. The pH value of phytic acid has effects on the compactness and chemical composition of the LDHs/PA film. When the p H value of phytic acid is 7, the LDHs/PA film is the densest and the corrosion resistance is the best.
