摘要
依托西南红层地区某在建大型工程,开展DDC桩(孔内深层强夯桩)法地基处理技术试验研究,对DDC桩技术的施工工艺、设计参数、检测方法、处理效果等进行系统的对比分析。结果表明:DDC桩可作为红层地区软基处理的有效方法;桩间距越小,置换率越高,地基处理的效果越好;通过对比发现,DDC桩对于桩间土的挤密作用较碎石桩明显,其竖向承载力优于碎石桩。
Based on a large-scale project under construction in the southwestern red beds,the DDC technology (downhole deep compaction) for foundation treatment was studied by tests to analyze the construction process,design parameters,inspection methods and treatment effects of DDC piles.The result shows that DDC piles may be used as the effective method for soft foundation treatment in red bed regions;the smaller the pile spacing,the higher the replacement ratio and the better the treatment effect.It is found through comparison that,compared with gravel piles,DDC piles have more obvious compaction effect with superior vertical bearing capacity.
