老年湿疹患者外周血辅助性T细胞因子与湿疹病理特征的相关性分析

Correlation between Peripheral Blood T-helper Cytokines and Pathological Features of Eczema in the Elderly

目的探讨辅助性T细胞(helper T cell,Th细胞)相关细胞因子与老年湿疹病理特征的相关性,为诊治老年湿疹提供参考。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月来我院就诊的96例湿疹患者为研究对象(观察组),观察组进一步分为湿疹急性期亚组与湿疹慢性期亚组,湿疹泛发型亚组与湿疹局限型亚组;以同期来我院进行体检的62例老年健康体检者为对照(对照组)。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组白介素-4 (IL-4)、白介素-17A (IL-17A)、-干扰素(IFN-)水平,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果观察组IL-4、IL-17A和IFN-水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);湿疹急性期亚组IL-4、IL-17A和IFN-水平明显高于湿疹慢性期亚组(P<0.05);湿疹泛发型亚组IL-4、IL-17A和IFN-水平显著高于湿疹局限型亚组(P<0.05)。结论老年湿疹患者外周血IL-4、IL-17A和IFN-参与了湿疹的病理进程,且与湿疹的急性程度和发病范围密切相关,可作为反映湿疹临床类型和疾病程度的重要参考指标,对诊治老年湿疹具有一定的实用价值。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the cytokines associated with helper T (Th) cells and pathological features of eczema in the elderly. Methods 96 cases with eczema during the period from Aug., 2016 to Aug., 2018 were selected in observation group and 62 healthy elderly of physical examination during the same period were enrolled in control group, observation group was sub-divided into acute sub-group and chronic sub-group, generalized sub-group and localized sub-group;enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was applied in detecting levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin- 17A (IL-17A), and interferon-(IFN-γ) and a statistical analysis was made to the detection results. Results The levels of IL-4, IL-17A and IFN-γ in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05);the levels of IL-4, IL-17A and IFN-γ in acute sub-group were obviously higher than that in chronic sub-group (P<0.05);the levels of IL-4, IL-17Aand IFN-γ in generalized sub-group were much higher than those in localized sub-group (P<0.05).Conclusions IL-4, IL-17A, and IFN-γ involve in the pathological process of eczema and are in close correlation to the acuteness and types of eczema, worthy of certain value in the diagnosis and treatment of eczema in the elderly.
