摘要
铁路是五大交通运输方式之一,更是陆路交通的重要部分。得益于国家和政府的重视,我国铁路基础建设较为成熟,在运行速率和设施安全质量上都有了质的飞跃。随着科学技术的进步,电气化在铁路中的运用越来越广泛。铁路电气化工程是完善铁路基础建设的重要方面,主要是在铁路通讯信号、电力能源、电气资源供应方面开展建设,以保障铁路正常安全运行,提高铁路交通的综合运行水平。电气化工程不是单单对某个施工环节下工夫,而是贯通众多环节,任何一个环节出现故障,都会降低整个电气化工程的建设质量。安全风险与管控是风险防范体系的内容之一。基于此,文章对铁路电气化改造工程安全风险与管控进行了探究,以供参考。
Railway is one of the five major means of transportation,and it is also an important part of land transportation.Thanks to the attention of the state and the government,China's railway infrastructure is relatively mature.There has been a qualitative leap in operation speed and facility safety quality.With the progress of science and technology,electrification is more and more widely used in railway.Railway electrificationEngineering is an important aspect of improving railway infrastructure,mainly in the railway communication signal,power energy,electrical resources supply to carry out construction,in order to ensure the correctness of the railway.Regular safe operation,improve the comprehensive operation level of railway traffic.Electrification engineering is not just about working on a certain construction link,but through many links.Single ringFaults will reduce the construction quality of the whole electrification project.Safety risk and control is one of the contents of risk prevention system.Based on this,the paper discusses railway electricity.The safety risk and control of gasification transformation project are explored for reference.
