摘要
研究了Cu2+-H2O2、Ni2+-H2O2、Cu2+-NaClO等不同氧化剂体系对粗硫酸盐松节油进行氧化脱硫的工艺条件,其间采用控制变量法对氧化剂组成、硫酸含量、反应温度和反应时间4个因素进行正交试验研究,通过微分脉冲伏安法对产物硫酸盐松节油中的有机硫含量进行分析测试。研究结果表明,在30%H2O2溶液中加入0. 01 mol/L CuSO4、0. 05 mol/L H2SO4作为氧化剂,于65℃下慢速搅拌反应12 h后获得最优的氧化效果,产物硫酸盐松节油中有机硫的含量低于15μg/m L,达到了行业的技术要求。
The process of oxidative desulfurization of crude sulfate turpentine by different oxidant systems such as Cu2+-H2O2,Ni2+-H2O2 and Cu2+-NaClO was investigated under optimized process conditions. The four factors of oxidant composition,sulfuric acid content,reaction temperature and reaction time were studied by orthogonal test with control variable methodology. The organic sulfur content in the product sulfate turpentine was determined by differential pulse voltammetry. The results showed that when 0. 01 mol/L CuSO4 and 0. 05 mol/L H2SO4 were added to 30% H2O2 solution as oxidants,the optimal oxidation effect was obtained after 12 h reaction with slow stirring at 65 ℃. The content of organic sulfur in the product sulfate turpentine was less than 15 μg/m L,which met the technical requirements of the industry.
