响应面法优选永州虎杖中大黄素的提取工艺

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Emodin from Yongzhou Polygonum Cuspidatum by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以永州虎杖为原料,通过乙醇回流提取法,对虎杖中大黄素的提取条件进行工艺优化。以大黄素提取率为响应值,以提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度为影响因素,在单因素的基础上,通过三因素三水平的Box-Behnken试验,进行响应面分析法。最终数据表明,大黄素提取的最优工艺条件是:乙醇浓度67%,提取温度84℃,提取时间130 min。在该条件下,虎杖中大黄素提取率达74. 69%。 The extraction of emodin from Polygonum cuspidatum was optimized by the method of ethanol refluxing extraction with Yongzhou Polygonum cuspidatum as the raw material. The extraction rate of emodin was taken as the response value,and the extraction temperature,extraction time and ethanol concentration were selected as influence factors. On the basis of single factor,the response surface test was carried out by using three factors and three levels Box-Behnken design. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration was 67%,extraction temperature was 84 ℃,and extraction time was 130 min. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of emodin was 74. 69%.
