ICP-OES法测定不同产地黄花菜中的19种矿质元素 被引量:5

摘要 采用微波消解处理祁东、德化和咸阳产地的黄花菜样品,利用ICP-OES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱)法同时测定黄花菜中多种矿质元素的含量。结果表明:三个样品中均含有Na、Ca、K、Mg、Al、Fe、Zn、Sr、Mn、B、Si、Ba、Cr、S、P等15种矿质元素,未发现Tl、Ti、Cd和Pb元素;黄花菜中富含Na、Ca、K、Mg元素,Mn、Ba元素的含量相对较少。该方法简单精确,其检出限为0. 001~2. 405 mg/L,测定结果的RSD在0. 35%~7. 41%之间,可用于不同产地黄花菜中多元素的同时分析。 The microwave digestion was selected on the treatment of daylily samples from Qidong,Dehua and Xianyang regions,and ICP-OES( inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry) was established for simultaneous determination of mineral elements in daylily. The results showed that there were 15 kinds of mineral elements( Na,Ca,K,Mg,Al,Fe,Zn,Sr,Mn,B,Si,Ba,Cr,S and P) in these three samples,whereas Tl,Ti,Cd and Pb were not found. Among them,Na,Ca,K and Mg were the richest in macro elements,while Mn and Ba were poorer in micro elements. The method was simple and accurate with the detection limits between 0. 001 mg/L and 2. 405 mg/L and RSD values between 0. 35% and 7. 41%. So it can be used for analysis of elements in daylily from different regions synchronously.
