摘要 电子行业生产过程中排放的挥发性有机化合物(Volatile organic compounds,VOCs)是造成大气环境污染的重要因素之一,本文采用"一级水洗+除水器+ACF转轮浓缩吸附+CO"技术对某电子企业VOCs进行末端净化,净化后对VOCs排气浓度进行测定计算得到以下结论:车间废气整改前有组织VOCs排放量314. 4 t/a,整改后VOCs排放量84. 84 t/a,削减量229. 56 t/a;整改前无组织VOCs排放量30. 1 t/a,整改后VOCs排放量16. 24 t/a,削减量13. 86 t/a,总VOCs削减量为243. 42 t/a,达到了VOCs低排放的目标,最终实现绿色生产。 Volatile organic compounds( VOCs) discharged in the production process of the electronic industry become one of the important factors causing atmospheric environmental pollution. The "primary washing + dewatering device + ACF wheel concentration adsorption + CO " technology was adopted to optimize VOCs end purification. After purification,the exhaust concentration of VOCs was measured and calculated,and the following conclusions were achieved: before the workshop exhaust gas rectification,VOCs emissions were organized to be 314. 4 t/a,and after the rectification,VOCs emissions were 84. 84 t/a,with a reduction of 229. 56 t/a. Disorganized VOCs emission was 30. 1 t/a.After the rectification,VOCs emission was 16. 24 t/a,the reduction was 13. 86 t/a. The total reduction of VOCs was243. 42 t/a,the goal of low emission of VOCs and ultimately realizing green production was achieved.
