摘要
响应培养具备创新能力的科技工程人才号召,通过完善理论课程体系,完善实践教学体系,建立与企业间的多方面互动,将见习热处理工程师认证与本科学历教育相结合,探索出一条具备特色的金属材料专业教学模式,巩固了学生的专业知识,提高了学生的创新意识和实践能力,解决了企业招工难的问题,实现了学生、教师、学院、企业和社会的互惠互利发展。这种职业资格认证与学历认证相结合的模式同样适合推广到其他学校和其他专业。
In order to respond to the appeal of cultivation of innovative talents,certification of heat treatment engineer trainee was combined with undergraduate education by the improvements of the theoretical curriculum system and multi-faceted interaction with the company. A special teaching mode of Metallic Materials was explored. Students’ professional knowledge was consolidated. Students’ innovative awareness and practical ability were improved. The difficulty in recruiting enterprises was solved and the mutually beneficial development of students,teachers,colleges,enterprises and society was realized. This method was also suitable for promotion to other schools and majors.
