摘要 材料是我国未来发展的三大支柱之一,高分子材料作为材料领域的重要组成部分,正在以高性能化、高功能化、复合化、精细化和智能化为发展趋势,逐渐成为国民经济的支柱产业之一。高分子材料的发展必须依托高素质的人才。产教融合是企业和教育单位通过互相协作,共同发展,培养人才的一种重要途径。探讨了目前高分子材料专业人才培养的现状与不足,初步研究了在产教融合背景下的高分子材料专业的人才培养模式。 Materials are one of the three pillars of our country’s future development. As an important part of the material field, polymer materials are becoming the development trend with high performance, high function,compounding,refinement and intelligence,and gradually become one of the pillar industries of the national economy. The development of polymer materials must rely on high-quality talents. The integration of production and education is an important way for enterprises and educational units to develop and train talents through mutual cooperation. The present situation and shortage of professional talents training of Polymer Materials were discussed and the training mode of Polymer Material specialty under the background of production and education integration was studied.
