随着医药行业精细化和高等教育大众化的发展,药学人才需求呈现多元化趋势。本文系统总结药学类人才培养模式,如"一人一专"模式、"互联网+"校企合作模式、科研导师制模式、三导向模式、"三阶段"模式、"教学-科研-生产"三位一体模式、"4121"模式、"两段双向型"模式、"三层次三类型"模式、CDIO教学模式、高素质应用型人才培养模式、"3221"理工结合模式、卓越工程师模式、国际化人才培养模式等,为提供人才培养质量提供参考。

With the development of the refinement in pharmaceutical industries and the popularization of higher education,the demand for pharmaceutical talents was diversified. The training mode of pharmaceutical talents was systematically summarized,such as "one student,one specialty"model,"internet+"college and enterprise cooperation mode,tutor system model in scientific researches,three oriented models,"three stage"model,"teaching-scientific research-production"trinity model,"4121"model,"two-stage and bi-directional"model,"three level and three type"model,"CDIO"teaching model,applied talent training mode with high quality,"3221"combination mode,excellent engineer model,international talent training model,etc.,which provided the reference for the improvement of talent training quality.
