摘要
针对直流电动机的机械和电气特性,本文设计了一种基于PowerPC+FPGA平台的直流电动机调速系统。介绍了直流电动机控制系统、直流电动机数学模型、PI调节器模型及PowerPC+FPGA控制平台。采用MATLAB软件对调速系统进行仿真分析,并把基于PowerPC+FPGA控制平台的双闭环直流调速控制系统应用于动态模拟试验机组中,取得了很好的控制效果。试验表明,本文所设计的双闭环直流调速系统运行稳定可靠,具有较好的静态和动态特性,达到设计要求。
This paper presents the design of a DC motor speed governing system based on PowerPC+FPGA platform according to the mechanical and electrical characteristics of DC motor, and introduces DC motor control system, DC motor mathematical model, PI regulator model and PowerPC+FPGA control platform. In this paper, MATLAB software is used to simulate and analyze the speed governing system, and the double closed-loop DC speed governing system based on PowerPC+FPGA control platform is applied to the dynamic simulation test unit, achieving a good control effect. The test results show that the double closed-loop DC speed governing system designed in this paper features stable and reliable operation, and good static and dynamic characteristics, and meets the design requirements.
