摘要
以6520TEU集装箱船为研究对象,分析大连、上海和广州等3个地区夏季和冬季多种环境温度下的船体变形,讨论日照因素对船体变形的影响。将船体简化为变剖面阶梯型薄壁梁,采用热传导理论求解船体剖面结构温度分布,并将温度载荷等效为船体梁弯矩和轴向力,计算船体温度变形。计算结果表明,船体温度变形在夏季呈中拱、冬季呈中垂,日照因素显著增加船体变形,船体左右舷不均匀日照将引起水平弯曲变形。
Taking the 6 520 TEU container ship as a research object,the hull deformation under various ambient temperatures during summer and winter in Dalian, Shanghai and Guangzhou is analyzed to discuss the influence of sunlight on the hull deformation.The hull is simplified as a stepped thin walled girder with variable cross sections.The heat conduction theory is used to solve the temperature distribution of the hull sections, and the temperature load is equivalent to the bending moment and axial force of the hull girder to calculate the temperature deformation.The results show that the difference in temperature conduces hogging deformation in summer and sagging deformation in winter.Sunlight significantly increases the deformation of the hull.The non uniform sunlight on the starboard and port of the hull causes horizontal bending deformation.
