摘要
基于悬链线理论建立横向液货补给系统补给软管的力学模型,得到软管在补给作业过程中的线型函数式,采用数值计算方法对补给软管线型函数进行分析,得到补给软管的曲率半径变化曲线和张力分布曲线。同时,探讨补给软管曲率半径最小值和张力最大值的影响因素,得出的结论能够为补给装备的工业设计和实际补给操作提供一定的参考。
Based on the catenary theory, the mechanical model of the supply hose for transverse liquid cargo replenishment system is established, and the linear function of the hose during the replenishment operation is obtained.The curvature radius curve and tension distribution curve of the supply hose are obtained by the numerical calculation method.The influence factors of minimum radius and maximum tension of the hose are discussed.The conclusion obtained can be used as a reference for the industrial design of replenishment equipment and the actual replenishment operation.
