基于BLS的载重量38000t散货船尾部总段整体吊装优化设计

摘要 泰州口岸船舶有限公司采用整体吊装工艺对散货船尾部总段进行吊装,考虑其结构的复杂性,应用有限元法计算整体吊装时的结构强度。采用BLS软件构建船体有限元模型,计算整体吊装时的结构响应,校核结构薄弱部位,有针对性地提出加强方案并对方案的可行性进行评估。实船尾部总段的顺利吊装表明该整体吊装工艺设计合理,对后续船体尾部总段吊装具有指导和借鉴意义。 Taking the complexity of stern structure into account, the structure strength is calculated by finite element method during integral lifting of stern block of bulk carrier in Taizhou Kouan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.The hull finite element model is built by Block Lifting System(BLS) software to calculate the structure response of integral lifting and to identify the weak parts.The enhancing program is put forward and the feasibility of the program is evaluated.Lifting smoothly of stern block of full scale ship shows that the integral lifting process is reasonable.The optimal design can be a guidance and reference for the following lifting of stern block.
