自航式绞吸挖泥船耳轴堆焊工艺性能试验 被引量:1

摘要 采用熔化极气体保护焊,在5000kW铰刀功率自航式绞吸挖泥船耳轴端外衬套内壁进行镍基合金堆焊,并对堆焊接头进行焊接工艺性能试验。结果显示:采用CHMNiCrMo3焊丝并选取适当试验参数焊接的堆焊接头其焊缝成形、硬度、宏观腐蚀形貌、探伤等均满足客户及相关技术规范的要求。此镍基焊材及堆焊工艺已应用于自航式绞吸挖泥船的生产制造中,效果良好。 Surfacing with Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) is used in the manufacture of the trunnion of 5 000 kW self propelled cutter suction dredger, and the welding process is researched.The results show that when using CHM NiCrMo 3 welding wire the weld forming, hardness, macroscopic corrosion morphology and nondestructive test result can meet the requirements of customer and specifications.The nickel base welding material and surfacing technology is applied in manufacture and has good effect.
