摘要
装配式建筑是促进建筑业转型升级发展,实现建筑产业现代化的重要措施。装配式建筑装配化程度是评价装配式建筑的重要指标。该文主要根据国家及重庆市装配式建筑相关政策要求,结合重庆市装配式建筑发展现状,对重庆市装配式建筑装配化程度评价指标体系进行解读。
Prefabricated building is an important tool to promote the transformation, upgrading and development of the construction industry and realize the industrial modernization. The prefabricated degree of prefabricated building is an important index to evaluate the building. The evaluation index system of the prefabricated degree of prefabricated buildings in Chongqing was interpreted according to the national and municipal policy requirements and the development status of prefabricated buildings in Chongqing.
