高海拔高寒隧道低工效原因及改进措施 被引量:3

摘要 文章通过对米拉山公路隧道施工作业人员在不同作业状态下的血氧饱和度、心率等的现场测试、分析,在保障现场作业人员安全的前提下,提出了提高人工效率的措施;同时研究了主要施工作业线的耗时组成和特点,针对耗时最多的关键工序优化改进,达到提高功效目的。研究成果对今后高海拔高寒地区公路隧道施工阶段作业人员健康保障和施工效率提高具有重要的参考价值。 Through the field test and analysis of the blood oxygen saturation and heart rate of the workers in the construction of mira mountain highway tunnel under different operating conditions,the paper puts forward the measures to improve the artificial efficiency on the premise of guaranteeing the safety of the workers in the field.At the same time,the time consuming composition and characteristics of the main construction and operation lines are studied to optimize and improve the key process with the most time consuming,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency. The research results have important reference value for the health protection and the improvement of construction efficiency of highway tunnel in high altitude and cold area.
