摘要 在地铁列车在城市交通中的地位尤为凸显的今天,如何确保地铁列车正常运行显得尤为重要。目前,进口牵引系统存在故障率居高不下、维修成本高、维修周期长的问题。文章针对以上问题提出地铁车辆牵引系统主逆变器国产化维修的解决方案,并开展了实测检验工作。在保障安全性和可靠性的基础上,大大降低大修成本,提高维修效率,使地铁公司对车辆牵引系统的自主维护及大修能力得到了进一步提高。目前,该主逆变器已完成样机研制工作,并进行了线下、试车线、正线试验。试验结果证明国产化主逆变器性能良好,符合要求,达到了预定目标。 The status of subway train in urban traffic is particularly prominent today, how to ensure the normal operation of subway train is particularly important. At present,import traction system has the problems of high fail ure rate, high maintenance cost and long maintenance cycle. Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts forward the domestic maintenance solution of the main inverter of metro vehicle traction system, and carries out the field test work. On the basis of ensuring safety and reliability,the cost of overhaul is greatly reduced and the efficiency of maintenance is improved,which further improves the independent maintenance and overhaul capacity of metro's traction system.At present, the main inverter has completed the prototype development work, and has carried out offline,test line, positive line test. The test results show that the domestic main inverter has good performance, meets the requirements and achieves the predetermined target.
