摘要 变电站是整个电力系统的重要组成部分之一,其主要功能在于对电能进行分配、调度以及传输控制。确保变电站的功能顺利实现,关键之处在于建设高质量的变电站。变电站工程建设施工质量的好坏与变电站运行过程中的经济性、安全性、可靠性息息相关,进一步也会影响到整个电力系统的安全稳定运转。在变电站工程建设施工过程中,最重要的一个环节就是质量控制,与变电站工程进展、工程成本以及企业竞争力都有着直接的关系。由此可见,变电站工程要想最终建成安全、优质、高效的变电站,就必须在建设施工前期进行科学的规划与设计,严格把控建设施工环节、竣工验收环节等。 Substation is an important part of the whole power system, its main function is to allocate, dispatch and transmission control of electrical energy, but to ensure the smooth implementation of the functions of the substation, the key is to build a high-quality substation. Because the quality of substation construction is closely related to the economy, safety and reliability of substation operation, it will further affect the safe and stable operation of the whole power system. In the construction process of substation engineering, the most important link is quality control, and substation engineering progress, engineering cost and enterprise competitiveness have a direct relationship. Therefore, in order to build a safe, high-quality and efficient substation project, it is necessary to carry out scientific planning and design in the early stage of construction and strictly control construction and completion and acceptance.
