摘要
为了实现表面粗糙度的无损测量,设计了一种基于激光位移传感器的粗糙度测量系统。硬件系统由激光位移传感器、X-Y十字滑台,步进电机,驱动器,PLC控制器组成。软件系统由激光位移传感器上位机软件和Matlab程序组成。十字滑台带动被测对象沿X轴或Y轴移动,激光位移传感器测量Z向位移数据。上位机软件将采集数据导出后,经由Matlab计算粗糙度值。铝合金平面和塑料件平面测试表明该实验装置和方法有效。
In order to realize the nondestructive measurement of surface roughness, a roughness measurement system based on a laser displacement sensor is designed. The hardware system consists of a laser displacement sensor, X-Y cross slide table, step motor, driver and PLC controller, and the software system is composed of a laser displacement sensor upper computer software and Matlab program. Firstly, the cross slider drives the measured object to move along the X or Y axis, and he laser displacement sensor measures Z-direction displacement data. The upper computer software derives the collected data and calculates the roughness value with the Matlab. The plane tests of aluminium alloy and plastic parts show that the experimental device and method are effective.
