In the course of promoting the research-oriented teaching practice of Biology Science specialty in normal universities, the all-round reform and the exploration have been carried out in the aspects of organizational form, training scheme, curriculum design, teaching methods, practical teaching, teaching evaluation, teaching management, etc. Four years’ practice shows that the training mode has a remarkable effect on improving the training quality for the normal university students majoring in biology, and also has a demonstration effect on other professional reforms.
