摘要
比较研究了新版环境管理体系和职业健康安全管理体系标准的融合性,并对高校实验室环境管理体系和安全管理体系融合为一体的必要性和可操作性进行了分析。研究表明,基于新版环境管理体系和职业健康安全管理的高阶结构、强调风险管理思维和生命周期评估观点建立和实施高校实验室环境与安全管理体系的可操作性强,符合高校实验室环境与安全管理特点,符合当今社会对环境与安全的需求。
The integration of the new edition of environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system standards is compared and studied. The necessity and operability of the integration of environmental management system and safety management system in university laboratories are analyzed. The research shows that the laboratory environment and safety management system in colleges and universities established and implemented on the basis of the new version of the high-level structure of environmental management system and occupational health and safety management with the emphasis on risk management thinking and life cycle assessment has strong operability, which meets the characteristics of laboratory environment and safety management in colleges and universities and the needs of environment and safety in today’s society.
