摘要
该文针对现有大型仪器设备培训过程中容易出现的问题,提出了操作性更强、培训效果更好的全面细化培训流程及培训方案,并就如何高效完成培训,提出了几点注意事项及其实施方法。该培训方法在浙江工业大学材料科学与工程学院实验中心实施。实施结果表明,该培训方法具有较高的培训合格率,极大地提高了大型仪器设备的利用率。
In view of the problems that often occur in the training process of existing large-scale instruments and equipment, this paper puts forward a comprehensive detailed training process and training program with stronger operability and better training effect and comes up with several points for attention and implementation methods on how to effectively complete the training. This training method is implemented in the experimental center of School of Materials Science and Engineering in Zhejiang University of Technology. The results show that the training method has a high qualification rate and greatly improves the utilization rate of large-scale instruments and equipment.
