四川省农村小学性健康教育现状与对策研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解四川省农村小学性教育资源的现状,分析其中存在的问题和困难,为农村小学科学有效地开展性教育提供参考依据。方法通过文献研究了解国内外性教育现状和问题;通过分层随机整群抽样抽取四川省8所农村小学,对8位小学分管领导和78名班主任进行问卷调查,对8位小学分管领导进行访谈。结果教育部门对性教育缺乏明确要求和监督;学校领导对性教育不够重视;学校性教育开展情况较差;留守儿童为性教育盲区;性教育资源匮乏;性教育协同情况较差。结论教育部门应当重视学校性教育;政府应当推进协同性教育;学校应当转变观念,重视性教育,开设性教育课程,重点关注留守儿童,协同社会组织开展性教育。 Objective To understand the status quo of sex education in rural primary schools in Sichuan Province and to analyze the problems and difficulties in the process of sex education so as to provide reference for carrying out sex education in rural primary schools scientifically and effectively. Methods The research was conducted through literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interviews and so on. Through literature research, the status quo and problems of sex education at home and abroad were understood. Eight rural primary schools were selected by stratified random cluster sampling. Eight leaders in charge and 78 head teachers were surveyed by questionnaires. Eight leaders in charge were also and interviewed. Results The education department lacked the requirements and supervision on sex education. The school leaders paid insufficient attention to sex education. The sex education in schools was poorly carried out. The left-behind children were blind spots for sex education. Sex education resources was deficient and the coordination of sex education was poor. Conclusions The education departments should pay more attention to sex education in schools. Government should promote collaborative sex education. Leaders and teachers in schools should change their attitudes, attach importance to sex education, offer sex education courses, focus on left-behind children, and actively cooperate with various social subjects to carry out sex education.
