高职环境艺术设计专业现代学徒制人才培养模式实践探索——以泰州职业技术学院为例

Practical Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Talents in Environmental Art Design Major of Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Taizhou Polytechnic College as an Example

近年来,高职艺术设计专业的改革已经进入了“深水区”,大部分高职院校的艺术设计教学还是满足于以传统理论讲课的方式进行虚拟项目的演练,与企业的互动还在探索中,直接参与市场化的项目实践就更少。文章通过对近两年教学实践的思考,意图通过现代学徒制的方式,找寻符合当下艺术设计专业人才的培养模式。

In recent years,the reform of art design specialty in higher vocational colleges has entered the “deep water zone”. Most of the art design teaching in higher vocational colleges is still satisfied with the practice of virtual projects in the way of traditional theory lectures. The interaction between enterprises is still under exploration, and the practice of directly participating in market-oriented projects is less. This paper intends to adopt the modem apprenticeship system for teaching practice in these two years. Ways to find a suitable training mode for art and design professionals.
