综合护理干预对肿瘤PICC置管患者负性情绪与疼痛的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotion and Pain in Patients with Tumor PICC Catheterization

目的综合护理干预对肿瘤PICC置管患者负性情绪与疼痛的影响研究。方法选择我院2016年1月-2018年12月期间收治的70例肿瘤病患,分为2组,每组35例。对照组应用传统护理,观察组应用综合护理干预,比对2组病患置管前后的SAS(Statistical Analysis System)SDS(Depression self-rating scale)和VAS(Visual Analogue Scale/Score)评分。结果比对数据后得知,置管后观察组病患的评分均优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论应用综合护理干预对肿瘤PICC置管病患进行护理,对负性情绪有积极的影响,还能缓解疼痛,值得进一步开展应用。

Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotion and pain in patients with tumor PICC catheterization. Methods A total of 70 tumor patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into 2 groups (35 patients in each group). The control group was given traditional nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. SAS (Statistical Analysis System),SDS (Depression self-rating scale) and VAS (Visual Analogue scale / Score) scores before and after catheter placement were compared. Results After data comparison,it was found that the scores of patients in both groups were better than those in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion The appEcation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with tumor PICC catheterization nursing,has a positive impact on negative emotions,but also can relieve pain,it is worth further application.
