闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的效果及对肘关节功能的影响

Effect of Closed Reduction with Picker’s Needle Internal Fixation on Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus in Children and its Effect on Elbow Joint Function

目的评价闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的效果及对肘关节功能的影响。方法回顾性分析遵义医科大学第五附属(珠海)医院收治的78例肱骨踝上骨折患儿,按照手术方法不同分为对照组、观察组,每组39例,前者实施闭合复位石膏外固定术,后者实施闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定,比较不同手术效果。结果观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、术后X线片评估结果、术后关节活动情况、肘关节功能、复位后肿胀程度以及生活质量与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折,促骨折愈合效果显著,有利于患者肘关节功能早日恢复,提高整体康复效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation for the treatment of supracondylar fracture of the humerus in children and its effect on elbow joint function.Methods 78 children with supracondylar humeral fractures admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University(Zhuhai)Hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical methods.39 patients in each group were treated with closed reduction and external fixation,and closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation.Different surgical outcomes of two groups were compared.Results The fracture healing time,hospitalization time,postoperative X-ray evaluation results,postoperative joint activity,elbow joint function,swelling degree after reduction and quality of life were significantly different between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire internal fixation for the treatment of supracondylar fracture of the humerus in children can promote the fracture healing effect,which is beneficial to the early recovery of elbow joint function and improve the overall rehabilitation effect.
