热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧法应用于C形根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果探讨

Investigation of the Clinical Effect of Hot Gum Vertical Compression Method and IRoot SP Cold Side Method in the Treatment of Dental Pulp Disease with C-shaped Root Canal Filling

目的分析对比热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧法行C形根管充填手术后对牙体牙髓病的治疗效果。方法在平顶山市口腔医院2017年4月—2018年4月治疗牙体牙髓病患者中选取84例,并严格按照随机分配原则分为对照组与观察组,每组各42例。对照组采用热牙胶垂直加压法充填,观察组采用iRoot SP冷侧法充填,观察对比两组患者充填效果和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,对照组总有效率为88.09%,观察组总有效率为92.86%;对照组恰填人数为35例,观察组恰填人数为34例,对照组不良反应发生率为16.66%,观察组不良反应发生率为19.04%,以上数据组将比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论iRoot SP冷侧法应用于牙体牙髓病患者中治疗效果显著,具有很好的填充效果,且并发症发生率无出现升高情况,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the effect of C-shaped root canal filling with hot gum vertical compression and iRoot SP cold side on dental pulp disease.Methods 84 patients with dental pulp disease in the hospital from April,2017 to April,2018 were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)according to the principle of random distribution.The control group were filled with hot gum vertical compression,and the observation group were filled with iRoot SP cold side method.The effect of filling and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 88.09%,and the total effective rate was 92.86% in the observation group,including 35 in the control group and 34 in the observation group.The incidence rates of adverse reactions in control and observation group were 16.66% and 19.04%.There was no significant difference in the data group above,P >0.05.Conclusion The iRoot SP cold side method has a significant therapeutic effect in patients with dental pulp disease,and has a good filling effect,and the incidence of complications does not increase So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
