全程人性化导乐分娩对产妇产程及妊娠结局的临床研究

Clinical Study of Whole Course Humanized Doula Delivery on Maternal Delivery Process and Pregnancy Outcome

目的探究产妇生产中全程实施人性化导乐分娩模式对产妇产程及妊娠结局的临床研究。方法在惠州市仲恺高新区人民医院于2017年10月—2018年10月间入院生产的产妇中选择100例作为研究对象,按照生产顺序分为对照组(50例)和研究组(50例)。对照组围生期实施常规助产,研究组围生期实施人性化导乐分娩方式,对比分析两组产妇生产时长、产后出血量、顺产率、Apgar评分和产后疼痛评分等情况。结果研究组生产时长短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组顺产率和Apgar评分高于对照组,而产后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程人性化导乐分娩方式在产妇围生期的应用能够有效缩短生产时间,减少产妇出血量,提升顺产率,减轻产妇痛苦,提升产妇满意度,临床上值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical study of the implementation of humanized Doula delivery mode in the whole process of maternal production.Methods 100 parturients from October,2017 to October,2018 in the hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and research group(50 cases)according to the order of production.The control group were given routine midwifery during perinatal period.The study group were given humanized Doula delivery during perinatal period.The length of delivery,postpartum hemorrhage and spontaneous delivery were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Delivery time,maternal bleeding after production,eutocia rate,Apgar score and postpartum pain score of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The length of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The spontaneous rate and Apgar score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the pain score of the parturient was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-course humanized Doula delivery mode in perinatal period can effectively shorten the delivery time,decrease maternal bleeding,improve the rate of spontaneous delivery, alleviate maternal pain and improve maternal satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
