护理干预对麻醉复苏期间血气分析疼痛的影响

Nursing Intervention on Blood Gas Analysis of Pain During Anaesthetic Resuscitation

目的分析在麻醉复苏期间实施护理干预对血气分析疼痛的影响。方法选择惠州市第一人民医院收治的全麻手术患者80例随机分成常规组和观察组,针对所有患者在麻醉复苏期间进行血气分析,常规组40例全麻手术患者实施常规护理干预,观察组40例全麻手术患者实施针对性护理干预,对比两组全麻手术患者的护理效果差异。结果观察组全麻手术患者护理后的血气分析时的疼痛评分、护理满意度评分、舒适度评分、穿刺成功率及苏醒期躁动发生率优于常规组全麻手术患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在患者麻醉复苏期间为患者实施血气分析过程中给予针对性护理干预的效果显著,控制及缓解患者的疼痛程度,提高患者舒适程度及满意度,促进一次性穿刺的成功实施。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on blood gas analysis of pain during anesthesia resuscitation. Methods Selecting the records of 80 patients with general anesthesia surgery in the hospital, and randomly dividing them into two groups.Blood gas analysis of all patients during anesthesia recovery was done.Conventional group who underwent general anesthesia surgery received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention.Nursing effect of patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery of two groups was compared.Results The pain score, nursing satisfaction score, comfort score,puncture success rate and the incidence of restlessness in waking period of patients in the observation group after nursing after general anesthesia surgery were significantly higher than those in the conventional group after general anesthesia surgery, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing intervention during the implementation of blood gas analysis for patients during anesthesia resuscitation is significant,which can control and relieve the pain degree of patients, improve the comfort degree and satisfaction degree of patients,and promote the successful implementation of one-time puncture.
