抗血小板治疗在预防缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

Anti-platelet therapy in the prevention of ischemic stroke and its development

缺血性脑卒中具有较高的发病率、致残率、死亡率和复发率。研究表明,抗血小板治疗可降低缺血性脑卒中的复发率。目前,抗血小板治疗药物不断增多,总结主要抗血小板药物的作用,为缺血性脑卒中患者选择合适的方案,可使患者得到最佳获益。本文就抗血小板治疗在预防缺血性脑卒中的研究进展做一简要综述。

The incidence,morbidity,mortality and recurrence rate of ischemic stroke is high. Anti-platelet therapy reduces the recurrence rate of ischemic stroke. At present, the number of anti-platelet drugs keeps increasing. This article reviews the role of major anti-platelet drugs and the progress of anti-platelet therapy in the prevention of ischemic stroke, so that patients with ischemic stroke can get the best benefit from the appropriate anti-platelet program.
