摘要
近年来,特朗普政府积极围绕构建“印度洋-太平洋”安全体系以更强硬态势加快、加深了对“印度洋-太平洋”地区的介入程度,强化同盟间海洋合作,提升印度在“印太”体系中的地位与作用,不断拓展海上利益,形成全方位、多维度牵制中国的行动,以继续维持美国在全球海上主导地位。特朗普政府“印太”安全架构直接增加了中国崛起的不确定性与复杂性,使中国面临着极为不利的地缘影响。
In recent years, the Trump Administration has been actively focusing on the establishment of the "Indian Ocean-Pacific" security system to accelerate and deepen its involvement in the "Indian Ocean-Pacific" region, strengthen the maritime cooperation among alliances, enhance India's position and role in the "Indian-Pacific" system, and constantly expand its maritime interests. All-round and multi-dimensional restraint of China's actions in order to continue to maintain the dominant position of the United States in the global sea. Trump government's "Indo-Pacific" security framework directly increases the uncertainty and complexity of China's rise, which makes China face extremely adverse geographic impact.
