摘要
目的:评定电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定齿科合金中铍含量的不确定度。方法:采用国家标准《贵金属合金化学分析方法金合金中钆和铍量的测定电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法》测定齿科合金中铍含量,计算样品称量过程、标准溶液配制、工作曲线拟合以及样品重复测定引入的不确定度;建立数学模型,计算合成不确定度。结果:ICP-AES法测定齿科合金中铍的不确定度为0.000608%。结论:影响检测结果的不确定度主要来源为工作曲线拟合、标准溶液及样品重复测定。
Objective: To evaluate the uncertainty of inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) in detecting Beryllium content of dental alloys. Methods: The contents of Beryllium in dental alloys were detected as national standard method that was <Chemical Analysis Method for Precious Metals-Determination of Gadolinium and Beryllium in Gold Alloys-Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)>(GB/T 15072.11-2008). The uncertainties introduced in sample weighing process, standard solution, working curve fitting and repeated determination of sample were calculated. And then the mathematical model was established to calculate and composite uncertainties. Results: The uncertainty of ICP-AES in detecting Beryllium content of dental alloys was 0.000608%. Conclusion: The main sources of uncertainty that affects the test results are working curve fitting, standard solution and repeated detection of samples.
