摘要 目的:设计一款基于Android平台的母乳成分多指标试纸检测软件,以精准显示母乳成分检测结果。方法:采用Java语言编写模块程序,分别设计图像采样模块、数据计算模块和数据显示模块。通过拍摄蛋白质、糖类和钙成分的试纸图片,运用提取图像灰度值和提取红绿蓝(RGB)亮度两种不同的图像处理方法进行分析计算,得到所测母乳中蛋白质、糖类和钙成分含量。结果:Android系统的电子设备安装母乳成分多指标试纸检测软件后,利用电子设备拍摄试纸图像,用软件进行图像处理和数学计算,分析显示成分浓度含量。可以通过软件自动启用的拍照功能获取反应后的试纸图像,显示最终的母乳成分含量,减少了人工肉眼测量的误差,提高母乳成分检测的准确性。结论:基于Android平台母乳成分多指标试纸检测软件,通过选择所需要的处理方法对得到的图像进行处理和数据计算,使检测结果更加精准。 Objective: To design an Android platform-based detection software of test paper with multi indicators for ingredient of breast milk so as to accurately show detection results of the ingredient of breast milk. Methods: Java language was used to compile module program, and design image sampling module, data calculation module and data display module respectively. Through shot picture of test paper of the components of protein, carbohydrate and calcium, and applied two kinds of different picture processing methods, included extracting image gray value and extracting brightness of red, green and blue(RGB), to implement analysis and calculation, the contents of protein, carbohydrate and calcium in breast milk were obtained. Results: After the detection software of test paper with multiindicators for breast milk was installed in electric equipment with Android system, the electric equipment was applied to shoot image of test paper, and software was used to implement picture processing and mathematical calculation, and to analyze and display concentration of ingredient. The photographical function that was automatically stared by software could be used to obtain image of test paper post reaction, and display content of ingredient at the last, and reduce the error that was measured by manual work, and enhance the accuracy of detecting the ingredient of breast milk. Conclusion: The android platform-based detection software of test paper with multi-indicators for ingredient of breast milk obtains more accurate detection result through choose the demanded processing method to implement processing and data calculation for obtained images.
