临床麻醉信息系统在手术麻醉中的应用研究

Study on the application of clinical anesthesia information system in operation

目的:探讨临床麻醉信息系统(CAIS)在手术麻醉中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析167例手术患者的临床资料,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组(84例)和对照组(83例)。观察组采用麻醉信息系统管理,对照组采用传统方式进行麻醉信息管理,对比分析两组临床中的麻醉管理工作效率。结果:观察组麻醉记录单书写消耗时间低于对照组传统手写时间,差异有统计学意义(t=27.016,P<0.05);观察组药品总数和记录事件高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.408,t=30.643;P<0.05)。两组麻醉生命体征曲线图质量评分,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=23.758,P<0.05);实施CAIS系统后医务人员工作满意度明显高于实施前,组间数据分析比较,差异有统计学意义(x^2=22.222,P<0.05)。结论:在临床手术中运用CAIS进行管理,可有效缩短麻醉记录时间,提高麻醉单整体质量和临床麻醉科工作效率。

Objective: To analyze the application value of clinic anesthesia information system(CAIS) in clinical surgery. Methods: The clinical data of 167 patients who received surgery were retrospectively analyzed and they were randomly divided into observation groups(84 cases) and control group(83 cases). The patients of observation group underwent CAIS management, while these patients of control group underwent anesthesia information management as traditional way. And the efficiency of anesthesia management between the two groups was analyzed. Results: The time of writing anesthesia note of observation group was significantly less than that of control group(t=27.016, P<0.05), and the total amount of drugs and recorded events of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(t=11.408, t=30.643, P<0.05). And the quality score of vital signs curve graph of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(x^2=23.758, P<0.05). The satisfaction of medical staffs for jobs after CAIS was implemented was significantly higher than one before that as the analysis among groups(x^2=22.222, P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of CAIS in clinical surgery can effectively shorten the time of anesthesia note, and enhance the overall quality of anesthesia record and the efficiency of clinical anesthesiology department. It is worth to be promoted.
