基于B/S架构的医疗设备维修系统应用及其信息化管理的价值分析 被引量:36

摘要 目的:探讨基于浏览器与服务器(B/S)架构的医疗设备维修系统应用及其信息化管理价值。方法:选取2018年6-12月实施基于B/S架构的医疗设备维修系统后的设备故障次数、设备故障维修总时间以及设备故障维修效率数据纳入观察组,将2017年10月至2018年4月常规医疗设备维修系统相关数据纳入对照组;对比分析基于B/S架构的医疗设备维修系统应用效果。采用问卷调查方式,自制医护人员评分表,对97名医护人员对医疗设备维修的工程师到达现场时间、设备损坏风险管理、维修质量和定期巡检与保养4项内容进行调研。结果:实施基于B/S架构的医疗设备维修系统后,观察组的设备故障次数、设备故障维修总时间以及设备故障维修效率数据明显优于对照组,两组对比其差异有统计学意义(t=11.906,t=3.842,t=9.831;P<0.05)。对工程师到达现场时间、设备损坏风险管理、维修质量和定期巡检与保养4项内容问卷调研评分中,观察组的医护人员评分明显优于对照组,两组对比其差异有统计学意义(t=11.918,t=14.264,t=11.753,t=13.792;P<0.05)。结论:基于B/S架构的医疗设备维修系统可加强医院医疗设备维修效率,促进信息化管理水平提升。 Objective: To explore the application of medical equipment maintenance system based on B/S architecture and the value of its informatization management. Methods: From June 2018 to December 2018, after medical equipment maintenance system that based on B/S architecture was implemented, the data included failure times of equipment, maintenance time of equipment failure and maintenance efficiency of equipment failure were divided into observation group. And the corresponded data of routine medical equipment maintenance system from October 2017 to April 2018 were divided into control group. The application effects of medical equipment maintenance system that based on B/S architecture were compared and analyzed. Questionnaire survey was adopted in this study. And selfmade medical staff scoring table was used to investigate 4 main contents included the arrival time of maintenance engineers of medical equipment, risk management of equipment damage, maintenance quality, and regular inspection and maintenance from 97 medical workers. Results: After medical equipment maintenance system based on B/S architecture was implemented, the failure times of equipment, the total maintenance times of equipment failure and maintenance efficiency of equipment failure of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(t=11.906, t=3.842, t=9.831, P<0.05). The results of questionnaire survey about 4 contents included the arrival time of maintenance engineers of medical equipment, risk management of equipment damage, maintenance quality, and regular inspection and maintenance showed that the scores of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, and the difference of them between the two groups was statistically significant(t=11.918, t=14.264, t=11.753, t=13.792, P<0.05). Conclusion: Medical equipment maintenance system based on B/S architecture can strengthen the maintenance efficiency of medical equipment of hospital and promote the enhancing of the level of informatization management.
