摘要
目的:通过临床应用数据的溯源性分析,建立医疗设备故障维修后管理体系,探讨其在差异性医疗设备管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院临床在用的超声诊断仪、监护仪、呼吸机、麻醉机、内窥镜、心电图机、X射线机和生化分析仪8类医疗设备为研究对象,将2014年1月至2015年12月临床在用的276台设备纳入对照组,2016年7月至2018年6月临床在用的291台医疗设备纳入实验组。对照组采用传统的专家论证方法进行维修后管理,实验组采用溯源性信息数据分析方法进行维修后管理,差异性分析对比两组设备维修后管理效果。结果:对照组溯源性分析结果显示,操作失误是不同医疗设备的主要故障源,平均占比为29.63%,且不同临床科室的人为故障比例较高,平均占比为70.43%,而医学工程技术人员的平均维修成功率仅为52.41%。两组8类医疗设备故障率比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.138,t=2.071,t=2.126,t=2.332,t=2.499,t=2.511,t=2.143,t=2.109;P<0.05)。结论:溯源性信息数据分析结果对差异性医疗设备维修后管理工作具有重要指导意义,维修后管理体系可有效控制医疗设备故障率,提高临床服务能力。
Objective: To establish a management system after the fault of medical equipment was maintained through the traceability analysis of clinical application data, so as to investigate its application value in the management of different medical equipment. Methods: Eight types of medical equipment were used in the hospital, that included diasonograph, monitoring device, ventilator, anaesthesia machine, endoscope, electrocardiograph, X-ray machine and biochemical analyzer, were selected as the research objects. 276 equipments from January 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in control group and traditional expert argumentation was adopted to implement management post maintenance for them. And 291 medical equipments from July 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in experimental group and the traceability information data analysis was adopted to implement management post maintenance for them. The difference analysis was used to compare the management effect post maintenance of the two groups. Results: The results of traceability analysis of the control group showed that maloperation was the main fault source of different medical equipment(the average ratio was 29.63%) and the ratios of man-made faults in different clinical departments were relatively higher(the average ration was 70.43%), while the average success rate of the maintenance of medical engineering technician was only 52.41%. The differences of fault rate of 8 types of medical equipments between the two groups were significant(t=2.138, t=2.071, t=2.126, t=2.332, t=2.499, t=2.511, t=2.143, t=2.109, P<0.05). Conclusion: The analysis results of traceability information have important guiding significance for the management of different medical equipment post maintenance. And the management system post maintenance can effectively control the fault rate of medical equipment and improve the ability of clinical service.
