吉林省应用型本科高校会计人员继续教育现状调查研究

Current Development of Further Education for Accounting Staff in Application-oriented Universities in Jilin Province

以吉林省地方本科高校转型发展为研究背景,以吉林省应用型本科高校会计人员为研究对象,通过对吉林工程技术师范学院等9所应用型本科高校会计人员的问卷调研发现,目前吉林省应用型本科高校会计人员继续教育中存在着领导重视不够、针对性不强、质量不高等问题。省教育厅、省财政厅、其他培训机构及高校相关领导都应该重视高校会计人员的继续教育工作,加强引导,做好指导及培训,这样才能保证吉林省应用型本科高校财务的信息质量。

A questionnaire survey among the accountants from 9 application-oriented universities like Jilin Engineering Normal University shows that the further education for these people is considered poor in quality and has been neglected for a long time by present school authorities.This indicates that leaders of the provincial government departments of education and finance,relevant training institutions and universities should pay sufficient attention to the job and offer due instructions and training programs to these people to guarantee the financial information quality of these universities.
