摘要 介绍了土木工程专业的教学目标及教学现状。校企合作教学模式的优势表现在与高等教育工程专业实践教学理念具有内在契合性,与学生能力的生成性培养过程相一致,解决了企业发展中人才匮乏的问题,保证了土木工程专业学生的就业率。提出了开展校企合作教学模式的具体方法,如建立网络互动平台,制订科学的人才培养方案,重视素质教育,优化教学方式,建设教学培训基地等,为毕业生的个人就业和未来发展奠定基础。 This paper introduces the teaching objectives and current situation of civil engineering major. The advantages of the school-enterprise cooperative teaching mode are as follows: it is inherently compatible with the practical teaching concept of higher education engineering major, consistent with the generative training process of students’ ability, solving the problem of lack of talents in enterprise development, and ensuring the employment rate of students majoring in civil engineering. The concrete methods of developing school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode are put forward, such as establishing network interactive platform, formulating scientific personnel training program, attaching importance to quality education, optimizing teaching methods, building teaching and training bases, etc, so as to lay the foundation for graduates’ personal employment and future development.
