中职教育管理策略探究

Exploration on the management strategies of secondary vocational education

结合教育管理经验,分析了当前中职院校在教育管理模式、中职教育社会环境、学生素质、信息化管理经验方面存在的问题,提出利用信息化手段,从树立以人为本教育理念、加强校园文化环境建设、创新人才培养手段三方面入手,加强中职教育管理,以期推动中职教育发展。

Combining with the experience of educational management,this paper analyses the problems existing in the educational management mode, social environment, students ’ quality and information management experience of secondary vocational schools,and puts forward the idea of people-oriented education,strengthening the construction of campus cultural environment and innovating the means of personnel training by means of information technology. Starting from three aspects,we should strengthen the management of secondary vocational education in order to promote the development of secondary vocational education.
