高校档案利用工作存在较多问题,如宣传力度不够,高校师生不知道档案室内留存的信息有哪些,更不知道这些档案信息的价值所在。档案管理人员素质偏低,大多数都没有经过专业培训,对档案利用工作的流程不熟悉。档案管理人员的服务水平不高,把工作精力全部放在了档案的保存、搜集和管理上,主动为档案信息利用者提供服务的意识不强。档案信息收集不全,导致各种信息的分散和消失,影响档案利用者对档案信息进行查阅。提出了提升高校档案利用效率的有效策略,如加强宣传力度,档案管理人员可借助新媒体技术、计算机技术、互联网技术进行宣传,以达到事半功倍的效果。提升档案管理人员的综合素质,定期对档案管理人员进行培训,打造一支高素质、高水平的档案管理团队。强化档案利用工作的硬件基础设施建设,向学校提供本部门的基本情况,包括已取得的成绩和所需要的财政、政策、人才上的支持。

There are many problems in the use of archives in colleges and universities, such as insufficient publicity, teachers and students do not know what information remains in the archives room, let alone the value of these archives information. It puts forward some effective strategies to improve the utilization efficiency of archives. For example, to strengthen publicity, archives managers can use new media technology, computer technology and Internet technology to publicize, so as to achieve twice the result with half the effort. Improve the comprehensive quality of archives managers, regularly train archives managers, and build a high-quality, high-level archives management team. We will strengthen the construction of hardware infrastructure for archives utilization and provide schools with basic information about their departments, including the achievements they have made and the financial, policy and personnel support they need.
